I ordered from Khaadi and was a little cautious about the final cost, since some sites add random fees at checkout. But the shipping charges were reasonable and there weren’t any weird extra costs, which I really appreciated. The package arrived in good condition too, so overall it felt like a safe and hassle-free order

They did eventually fix the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. But I started noticing a pattern quickly: I’d call, get told someone would follow up, then have to call again to keep things moving. Once the right person finally got involved, it was handled, but it took way more effort than it should have.

Order tracking worked well overall. The updates weren’t super fast, but they did come through after a little while, and I could still see where my parcel was. Delivery was fine too, no real issues. I’d probably mention it to a friend if they asked, just with the heads-up that tracking updates can take a bit. 4 stars from me

In the end, it turned out to be a good experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to return it, but the whole process was simple. The pickup happened right on time, and the refund came through without me having to follow up much. no complaints

I really like the designs this time—the colors look so and fresh. It makes everything feel more put together without needing much effort, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I ordered 2 kurtas from khaadi and I’ve been wearing them for a few months now. they’ve held up well after a bunch of washes. The fabric still feels good and the colors didn’t fade much, which I really liked. One of the shirts did have slightly loose stitching near the sleeve, so I’m taking off one star for that. But overall, the durability is good and IMO better than some other brands I’ve tried.

I really like khaadi’s stuff, but every time I check, the sizes or colors I want are already out of stock?! It’s a bit frustrating because restocks take a while too. The site itself is fine, I just wish availability was better

I ordered a kurta from khaadi i really liked the design when it arrived. It looked stylish and the stitching was decent too. But after washing it, the fabric felt a bit thinner than I expected. For the price, I was hoping the material would feel a little more premium. Overall, it’s a nice piece, but the quality could be slightly better.

I’ll definitely order from khaadi again. I got 2 kurtas the colors were just like they looked on the website. I was a little worried at first because online pictures can sometimes look way brighter than the actual product, but these were accurate. The green one especially was exactly the shade I wanted. I wore it for that thing and it looked good at first, but after one wash, I noticed the print had gone a little dull. Not completely faded or anything, just enough that I could tell. The fabric itself feels fine, but for the price, I expected the print to stay fresh a bit longer. Delivery was normal and the packing was alright too. Not a bad experience, just felt like it could’ve been better.

I always seem to find something different to buy here. It’s a useful place to stop by when I’m looking around, and I usually end up finding something worth taking home

I’ve used the Khaadi website a few times it’s okay to browse. The product pictures are clear, which helps a lot. But sometimes the pages take a while to load and the filters don’t always feel smooth. The checkout confused me a bit the first time too. Then suddenly I was like, why is this so complicated just to buy clothes? Anyway, it’s not a bad site overall, I just think it could be easier and quicker to use.

Some of the fabric felt really nice at first, but a few pieces got rough after washing. It’s not terrible, but I definitely expected a bit better. The quality is OKAY, just not as soft as I hoped it would stay.

i mean, I ordered from khaadi.com and the parcel actually showed up on the exact day they said it would. No hassle at all, and the tracking was decent too. Happy with the whole experience

I ordered a kurta last night and the whole checkout took barely a couple of minutes. The card payment went through smoothly, and I got the confirmation email almost right away, which was nice. No fuss, no headache

Grabbed it during the sale and got a decent discount, so that was nice. Only thing is the sizes disappeared way too quick lol, I almost missed mine. Overall not bad tho, happy with it.

My order showed up late, which was already annoying, and customer support was basically no help at all. Felt like I was just getting the runaround. Yeah, not ordering from here again...
